We are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield
If you are a Blue Cross Blue Shield member, you will receive the highest level of insurance benefits available as we are an in-network provider. This means you have a lower deductible and lower co-pays/co-insurance out of pocket costs.
We are happy to submit insurance claims for ALL CARRIERS. There is no additional charge to submit claims. Before your visit, we will verify your benefits electronically with all carriers to advise you of the most affordable way to seek care.
Whether you are insured or under-insured, we have sliding fee scales and optional private networks to reduce your out of pocket expenses.
